We love going to the many beautiful sandy beaches in Southwest Florida: Fort Myers Beach, Lover Key, Bonita Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Naples and Marco Island. Whenever we have an opportunity, we also enjoy Boating and Fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, from Tampa/St. Pete to Marco Island/Naples and occasionally in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and Stuart. Carol has been involved in all aspects of real estate sales and has been licensed in Florida since 1991. She has extensive experience with new home construction, inspections and management, and spent over 6 years working with her husband overseeing property inspections for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. Carol also has over 10 years' home watch experience at Debary Golf and Country Club in Orlando, FL. Carol just became a new Grandmom in 2003 and now has 3 Grandbabies that we see regularly in Lakeland, Florida.
Joe was a new home builder for over 30 years and has been a licensed realtor since 2003. He has built over 1000 homes in Maryland, North Carolina and Florida and founded and operated Matson Homes in Baltimore, MD, Windermere Custom Homes in Orlando, FL and Cape Builders in Cape Coral, FL. He is an approved Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) REO agent and has worked extensively with hundreds of foreclosures and inspections in Lee and Collier Counties.
Over the past 15 years living and working in Southwest Florida, we have referred our Real Estate clients to many of the local home watch companies. After numerous requests from our previous and current clients, as well as conducting many "free" home watch inspections, we have decided to enter into the home watch business and provide a competitive home watch inspection service. We will customize our service to fit your needs and requests. Prices will vary based on square footage, single family or condo, and if there is a garage and pool. Currently, servicing Estero, Bonita Springs, North Naples and South Fort Myers.
We also enjoy volunteering. Every Monday morning, we pick up food and perishables for Interfaith Charities Food Bank of South Lee at Target in Fort Myers, and Aldi and Sprouts in Estero. We also love helping with Toys for Tots, Valerie's House, Orlando Union Rescue Mission, Freedom Waters Foundation, PACE, Hope Hospice in Bonita Springs and local charities.

Before we moved from Orlando to Southwest Florida, we loved taking the kids fishing at the Orlando Union Rescue Mission every Monday afternoon. It always brought a smile to our face whenever a kid caught a fish. Most of them had never fished before or ever put a worm or minnow on a hook.
